Trainer Skills Trainings are technical theory and skill-building trainings that empower you as a professional Trainer and help you upgrade human thoughtware on planet Earth.

How do you roll the energy in a room? How do you land a map and hold space? How do you train while liquid? These and many more questions are explored in TSTs. |

Trainer Skills Trainings are stepping stones along the path to becoming a Possibility Management Trainer and enhance your performance as a trainer in other fields. If you feel the call to walk along this path we invite you to join us for the next TST.

The space determines what is possible. So, as the space holder you determine, what is possible.
This training offers a quantum leap in your trainer, workshop leader, coach, or healing arts practitioner competency.
Your inherent talents and skills will become more expressed as you move from routine towards greater flow and joy. Since your clients can only go as far as you can go, your shift will enable your clients to go further. Aspects of Trainer Skills Trainings are:
* Shifting into Spaceholder Identity
* Practical skills for creating and holding spaces
* Working with Gremlin energy in the space (your own and other's)
* Utilising Fear to trust and follow your impulses
* Experiencing the difference between holding and controlling a space
* Being un-hookable... and what you can do when you're not
* Using your sword of clarity (creating a distinction is a higher technology than setting a boundary)
* Self care: Holding space for yourself, while holding space for others
* Using conscious feelings to navigate space
* Being your authentic self and remaining centered while being with others
We will go deeper into the specific space holding skills that make the Possibility Management trainings so unique, so that you can implement them in your work.
Our German Possibility Management Trainers will be offering this training.
The group size is limited to allow intense personal guidance and support.

Logistical Information
* This training is for people who have completed an ETB Training and either are on the trainer path
or have clear intentions to move towards becoming a trainer in PM or otherwise.
9am, 9 December - 6pm, 10 December 2019
This training will continue on directly from the 4-8 December Possibility Lab.
Arrival 7pm Sunday 8 December
$550 if also attending the Possibility Lab (highly recommended)
$660 TST only
Location :: Britannia Park Camp, Wesburn Victoria
Accommodation is in shared bunks at Broadhurst Lodge or camping.
$120 for the two days.
